Sagitta Swiss Quality Hotel - Geneva

Very friendly and helpful staff! Splendid location, quiet but close to the lake and Jardin Anglais (we did not use the free transport card much). Very spacious room with comfortable eating table and small kitchen, quality varied breakfast buffet with fresh bread and good coffee. Supermarkets around both corners. All in all - highly recommended for the price and stars!!

Good reception at desk on arrival but otherwise no friendly greetings from the receptionists. Same with breakfast staff. A smle and a hello could make or break a day.

A free internet service for e-mails would be appreciated by many.

The staff was very helpful the time we get there they gave us free tickets trasportations during our stay there so that we can use them in the city . beside they have a decent breakfast also they have a small kitchen in the room if u want to cook your food and the room is big enough for two of us and its clean the bath also is clean and everything is good in this hotel . I advice u to stay in this hotel it is 5 minutes walking to the lake and from the lake it is 10 minutes walking to the old town

Everythin is good nothin I dont like in this hotel specially the lady in the front disk she helped us alot for planning to our trip

for us it was idealy: 2 large rooms (double bed and 2 singles beds in the other room) space for us and two adolescent; in the city center; a good breakfast and nice staff

i will be better if the toilets will be separeted from the shower room

I had a studio with small kitchen which made the stay much nicer, almost at-home-feeling. Big enough room. Silent location on a small side street. Nice people in reception that was helpful. Free fast wireless internet.

Bed a little hard in my opinion (as in most hotels) but that is a matter of taste of course.

The personnel was friendly and helpful. There was a kitchen in my room (which I didnt use, but like the fact), brand new bathroom (it seemed)

It really needs renovation (excep for the bathroom) - this impression already starts upon arrival from outside (it looks kind of worn) - in my room there were wet spots on the walls, very simple furniture and decoration. The breakfast did not have any fresh fruit (only from tins).

The the Sagitta is conveniently located in for visiting the city all aspects.

The hotel is in poor maintenance condition and needs dramatic repair and renewal.

Very large room (junior suite), very helpful staff at reception (lady with glasses), good breakfast. Very clean. Take tram 16 from Gare Cornavin stop at Villenue, hotel down side street from tram stop.

I can hear street noise and toilet noise from upstairs

Clean rooms, free wi-fi, decent breakfast, staff were very helpful, close to shopping markets, very very spacious room

Hotel was difficult to find, very small lift

The hotel location and parking is excellent and the staff were reasonably helpful.

The room furniture is old and not so clean.

Many pieces of old woodmade furniture in the long passage way between Longchamp & Drake hotels

Hotel keeps 70th style which reminds me my mother,USsr and all this good memories . Kitchen corner in a room helped me to avoid extra pricy eating In cafes.

The (family) room was quite large and comfortable .Well appointed if a little dated. The location was quiet and a very short walk to the city centre,shops, restaurants and the lake etc. Staff were helpful and the breakfast reasonable for thi type of european hotel. Reasonable value....for Geneve which is an expensive city in general.

The staffs are very friendly. The room is large and has small kitchen. It is good for long-term stay in Geneva.

Breakfast is average level.
